Matthew co-founded the Bridge Men’s Society in 2021. As a mindfulness counselor, interfaith chaplain, and community builder, Matt is passionate about creating spaces where men can be supported in cultivating healthy masculinity, accountability, and meaningful relationships. He also founded The Recovered Dad 2019, where he developed a practical system that has helped many men break free from pornography addiction and reclaim direction in their lives. Drawing from mindfulness practice, spiritual tradition, and real-world experience, Matt’s work is centered on guiding men toward greater maturity, integrity, and purpose.
